We want you to be fully satisfied with your Travelpro purchase, which is why we offer a 100-day window for returns on all unused luggage and travel accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
